About the Role

As our lead implementer for site redesigns, you’ll build fast, elegant, conversion focused sites that drive results. You’ll work across platforms and bring strategic insight to layout, flow, and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of client websites (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, All-Code)

• Customize themes and implement advanced functionality

• Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and conversion-optimized

• Collaborate closely with designers and content team

• Troubleshoot technical issues and streamline client handoff

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in web development (front-end and CMS-based)

• Advanced HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge a plus

• Strong understanding of user experience and CRO principles

• Comfortable owning full website builds from start to finish
