About the Role

You’ll lead design execution for ads, web assets, and brand collateral across our client portfolio. Your work will directly influence how our clients are perceived and how well their campaigns perform.

Responsibilities

• Own creative execution of ads and visual content

• Develop design systems and visual identity elements for client brands

• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and developers

• Review and guide junior designers on best practices

• Experiment and analyze creative performance in campaigns

Qualifications

• 4+ years in visual design, with a strong portfolio in marketing or home improvment

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and web design principles

• Strong typographic, layout, and composition skills

• Understands balance between brand expression and performance goals
