About the Role
You’ll be our first point of contact with potential clients — educating, qualifying, and booking discovery calls with home improvement and construction companies. Your job is to build relationships, spark interest, and tee up opportunities for the team.
Responsibilities
Reach out to leads via cold email, social, and occasional cold calls
Understand client pain points and match them with our offerings
Book discovery and strategy calls with qualified leads
Log and track activity using HubSpot or CRM
Provide feedback on messaging and lead quality
Qualifications
1–3 years sales experience, preferably in B2B or service-based sales
Great communicator, listener, and relationship builder
Driven by goals and motivated to learn the home improvement and construction field
Professional, polished, and coachable
