About the Role

You’ll be our first point of contact with potential clients — educating, qualifying, and booking discovery calls with home improvement and construction companies. Your job is to build relationships, spark interest, and tee up opportunities for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to leads via cold email, social, and occasional cold calls

  • Understand client pain points and match them with our offerings

  • Book discovery and strategy calls with qualified leads

  • Log and track activity using HubSpot or CRM

  • Provide feedback on messaging and lead quality

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years sales experience, preferably in B2B or service-based sales

  • Great communicator, listener, and relationship builder

  • Driven by goals and motivated to learn the home improvement and construction field

  • Professional, polished, and coachable
