About the Role

You’ll lead and scale our outbound sales efforts, from playbook development to team coaching. You’ll be responsible for pipeline health, performance metrics, and helping us close more clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a team of SDRs or reps as needed

  • Refine outbound messaging, sequences, and CRM usage

  • Analyze pipeline data and optimize for efficiency and conversion

  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align growth strategy

  • Participate in high-level sales calls and proposal discussions

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in sales, with 1+ years in a leadership or training role

  • Experience building outbound systems and managing B2B pipelines

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
