About the Role

As an Associate Graphic Designer, you’ll support our creative team in producing visually polished ad creatives, branding elements, and web visuals. You’ll learn what performs in the aesthetic space and contribute to design work that drives clicks, trust, and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing ad graphics for social media campaigns

• Support visual asset creation for websites (icons, layout accents, imagery treatments)

• Maintain consistency across visual touchpoints and client brands

• Follow creative direction and iterate quickly based on feedback

• Stay up-to-date on design trends in beauty, luxury, and aesthetics

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience or strong portfolio demonstrating visual design fundamentals

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva

• Eye for elegant, modern, conversion-friendly design

• Eager to grow under mentorship and learn performance-focused design
